Does this child have what it takes? 🤔

Maturity is not a destination, it is a process. Someone you say "not yet" about today can turn into a leader who surprises you a few years later. Or the exact opposite. 🔄

Mr. Orhan, in family businesses, questions like "Does this child have what it takes?" or "Are they ready?" generally come up. In your view, is this perspective correct? Of course not.

Because the answer to the question "Does this child have what it takes?" is one answered only for that moment. I have often seen that a child you say cannot do it at that moment, by doing the right work over three years, five years, produces results that can prove you wrong. For this reason, because we know that the events experienced in life can enable young people to mature on different matters, the fact that it did not happen in that period does not mean the young person will not get there afterward. The opposite is also true. There is no guarantee that someone who seemed to have made it that day will continue to be mature afterward either.
