The next-generation representatives of family businesses who are continuing their undergraduate or graduate education, whether in Türkiye or abroad. As I have mentioned in some of my earlier talks, they enter a state of willingness to spend those years better, to prepare themselves more for the future during that period, and to discover what they will do. We hold certain sessions with university, undergraduate, or graduate students who study in Türkiye, in England, and in various parts of Europe, and who are thinking of returning to the family business after graduating.
