Mr. Orhan, in your view, what is the most fundamental problem in succession in family businesses? Actually, both generations are walking toward the same goal. Their wishes are the same. It is only that the two sides' expectations and fears differ from each other. The fact that they are not establishing the environments in which the two sides could explain these things to each other and communicate, when they could, is the most important problem of this process.
