SPALDA® Academy is actually an academy that clearly brings out the needs of the current generation and the next generation within the scope of succession in family businesses, and designs a system in which they can resolve these needs.
If I need to define it more simply, it aims to reach this goal by seating the two generations at the same table without their being too closely entangled with each other.
