Based on our current work, if you begin this preparation at the age of thirty, you lose fourteen years. Of course, we are not talking about turning a sixteen-year-old into a CEO. But themes such as awareness, discovery, the idea of family, the family's business, and self-knowledge should begin early. We call this the start of the process of learning the basic concepts and discovering one's own potential.
We don't even open the question of whether to begin at sixteen for debate. Because we believe in this work, we plan to run the preparation on a model anchored not to the end of high school but to its beginning. A preparation designed to suit the age makes it far easier for a young person to make progress.
Let me underline it once more: the goal is not to raise a CEO. We are talking about the young person discovering their own strengths, getting to know the world of the family business, and preparing for life. For all of this, thirty is far too late.
